Hole #15 at Cedar Crest

Straying left off of the tee here pretty much ensures that you will be scratching down a 5 or worse on this par 4. You may have to punch one out backwards to get out of the cedars on the left. The right side is lined with cedar trees as well, but it's not quite as dense as the left side.

The main concern on your approach shot is the large group of trees that are located in the short-right vicinity of greenside. It is slightly uphill to the green, but it's not a major elevation shift. The fairway is pretty flat, so you shouldn't have any awkward lies.

The green is on the large side, and has some pretty interesting contours to it. The general slope is from back to front. It is not uncommon to encounter a double-breaking putt on this surface.
