Hole #10 at Cedar CrestCut off a big chunk by carrying your tee shot over the trees on the right, and you can easily get home in two on this par 5. Right is definitely good here. Even if you over-cut your tee shot, there is some open area over to the right. You can hit your tee shot through the fairway here, and if you do, nothing good is going on over there. Your only option from the left is to punch it back into the fairway. The approach shot is downhill to a fairly small green, and it gets tighter as you get closer to the green. If you are unable to keep it straight here, you'll probably be chipping out of the woods on either side of the green as well as if you go long. As stated earlier, the green is fairly small and it does have some contour to it. The slope of the green is from the back to right front of the green. |
